About Coleman
The Coleman Company has been creating and innovating products for recreational outdoor use since W.C. Coleman started selling gasoline-powered lanterns in 1900. Inventor of the hugely popular fold-up camp stove, Coleman developed a plastic liner for his galvanized steel coolers in 1957--the birth of the modern cooler--and the company has been improving their utility and design ever since. The array of products that bear the Coleman name now includes just about everything you might need to work or play outdoors, from tents and sleeping bags to boats, backpacks, and furniture.

Product Description
Almost a 100 years W.C. Coleman had ideas about what a lantern should be like. Little did he know what an impact his idea would have for the American people who enjoy camping. Coleman has manufactured that every family member will enjoy using. The Coleman griddle is excellent to use for any meal. When you buy a Coleman tent, you are laying a strong foundation for years of enjoyable camping experiences. The Coleman tents have an exclusive weather protection system which incorporates the latest technology to protect you from the elements. The Coleman 5-gallon beverage cooler has a fast-flow faucet, has instant shutoff and no dripping Lid. The Coleman cooler will keep your beverages cold for up to 5 days. Coleman also has products for children and pets. Your dog will sleep comfy in his own Coleman Mountaineer tent. The Coleman camping coffeemaker can be used to make hot cocoa, hot cider or instant soup. And let's not forget the Coleman lanterns. Coleman lanterns have many designs to choose from and we are sure you will find the lantern to best suit your needs. The Coleman Pack-Away® SpaceSaver® Personal-size lantern can run up to 15 hours and stays cool to the touch. This will pack away to half it's size. With lanterns like these, everyone in the group can have a lantern.

5 out of 5 stars Best. Purchase. Ever.   December 17, 2007

I don't normally review things, but this was such a good purchase that I can't resist...

I recently moved about 400 miles and into a big city apartment. I didn't have a lot of furniture, so it seemed kind of silly to rent a moving van just for a bed. Finally, after looking at a million different styles, I decided I'd try this inflatable bed. It's compact, so I could just squeeze it into the car with the rest of the luggage. I wouldn't have to fight to get a bed frame and mattress up the apartment stairs. Plus, I figured if I hated it, I could find a 'real' bed at some point.

I LOVE this bed. I've been sleeping on it every night for over 6 weeks and have never (yet) had to refill the air in it. Separating the twin beds is easy, and comes in handy when guests come visit.

One tiny tiny con... The very first time you lay on this bed, it is awkward and uncomfortable. I'm not gonna lie. However, after about 30 minutes, you get used to the 'water bed' feeling, and the whole bed feels insanely comfortable. It's like it takes the bed (or the PVC material) 30 minutes or so to 'relax'... Also, it did not come with a pump, so I had to buy one for 15.99. *shrugs*

I would never go back to a 'regular' bed. This bed can be an elevated twin bed, a king size, two twins, compacts down to about a 10 pound parcel with a carrying strap, is as comfortable as a spring mattress and cost me forty bucks.

Highly recommended.

*EDIT*-- June 11th 2008. Still sleeping on the bed nightly, *still* working wonderfully! The 'top' mattress (when stacked) does need an occasional bit of air every few weeks, but no big deal.

5 out of 5 stars Versatile, durable, comfortable   April 1, 2008

The 4-in-1 Quickbed had served us well in the home and out camping.

Now, let's start it out by saying they're not for backpackers. However, if you go by car to the campsite, like us, these are an excellent balance between comfort and portability.

Product has proven durable. With the Coleman rechargable quick pump, they're quickly inflated and deflated, making ease of use very high.

Having them at home provides for easy set up for that occasional drop-in guest (or two).

5 out of 5 stars Good bed   September 23, 2007

Its a nice bed, I've had it for near 2 months now and not had to reinflate it even once. This is my main bed, the one I sleep on every night, because I find air mattresses a lot easier to sleep on and certainly cheaper than a furniture bed!

I'm not sure where the 4 comes from, the bed can be used three ways, but it is wonderful. I am using it as a raised twin for my daughter and it's comfy and solid.
